What it is: Custom design and facilitation of workshops, project kickoffs, and process mapping sessions to improve efficiency and alignment. Why it matters: You will leave with clarity, decisions, and systems that support execution rather than slow it down. Note: We may need one than one session to get to the finish line, depending on the size of the job among other factors. Ask me about our multi-session rates!
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Session cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your session to avoid a charge. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 75% of the session fee. If you’re running late, I’ll hold the session open for 15 minutes; after that, it will be considered a no-show. Thank you for respecting this policy so I can honor everyone’s time.
